A Demon recounts coming across a man sitting on a rock. The
man was looking out at the world, deep in contemplation, tired of life and
“longing after solitude”. The Demon tried to upset the man with storms and
chaos of all sorts, but failed. When the Demon cast a spell of silence over the
land, however…
